About me
Hello, I'm Elena! I'm a registered 200hr yoga teacher currently working towards more hours of knowledge and experience. Yoga has been a large part of my growing and transformation process, I don't think I would be where I am today if I hadn't stepped onto my mat during difficult times and really found myself. Currently teaching with Mandorla Yoga Institute, I am proud to be a part of a largely body positive and therapeutic community. I think there is a yogi inside everyone if they are willing to explore themselves. My hope with this blog is to share my insight and my yoga journey and inspire others in their journeys as well.
I am also a huge fitness buff, so I will be bringing that into play quite a bit on this page and you will find workouts and meal plans that you can use to enhance your health and your yoga.
