Vegan Protein Smoothie using Vega Protein Powder
(I'm really not big on measuring, but I gave you rough amounts of ingredients)
Ingredients:
1 cup Almond milk (add more to make less thick)
1 scoop Vega protein powder - I use vanilla (or powder of choice)
1/2 cup frozen fruit, add more if desired (your choice, I personally love strawberries)
1-2 bananas (you can freeze these in chunks ahead of time)
1 tsp vanilla *optional
1/2 tsp cinnamon *optional
1 tbsp almond butter (makes it creamier)
Add chia seeds or ground flax seed for extra benefits
Step 1: Toss all that yumminess into a blender
Step 2: Blend until smooth
Step 3: Pour (or drink it outta the blender, I won't judge) and enjoy!
*Play around with fruit and protein powder flavour combos until you find your favourite, you can also add in frozen kale or spinach and turn it into a green smoothie! Share your favourite combos with me below!
